30 Lincoln Plaza Going Condo

The prices are astounding according to my sources but they are in line with the condos in the area. I am wondering how much renovating will take place because they just did the lobby. Compared to 15 Central Park West they are essentially asking half price. They are looking for $1,800/sqft with a 2.00/ sqft monthly carry. They want $900,000!! for a studio.
