Back from Winter Vacation
Well I am back from Miami and have a few updates:
1. I hear the Empire Hotel on 63rd between Broadway & Columbus will have a rooftop restaurant.
2. I called 200 West End's newly opened sales office and they are booked solid until January 17th!
3. There won"t be two Duane Reades at Broadway and 62nd rumor has it the second one will become a spa.
