Another Starbucks & Duane Reade

Broadway between 62nd-63rd Street will be getting a Starbucks & Duane Reade according to one of the construction workers working on the Empire Hotel Site. A spa, Steakhouse and PJClarkes are also said to be coming in as retail tenants to the New Empire Hotel.
